I didn’t discover this work in a textbook...

...I lived it.

I’m Brenda — Registered Nurse, wife, mom, equestrian — and for years I quietly struggled with symptoms no one could fully explain.

Constipation. Eczema. Brain fog. Ulcer pain. Debilitating fatigue. Hair loss. Weight gain that didn’t make sense.

As a nurse, I knew the system.


As a patient,

I lost 25 pounds without dieting.

My energy returned.
The brain fog lifted.

My husband followed the same approach and he lost 35 pounds and saw dramatic improvements in his labs.

But the real transformation wasn’t the weight.

It was stability.

Predictable digestion.
Steady energy.
Clear thinking.


A body that felt calm instead of reactive.

That’s when I realized something:

Most women don’t need more restriction.

They need regulation.

They need clarity around blood sugar, inflammation, and nervous system stress...not another list of foods to avoid.

Today, I combine 40+ years as a Registered Nurse with lived experience to help women simplify gluten-free living, reduce inflammatory flare-ups, and build habits that actually hold.
